Davis Polk partners Timothy Graulich and Damian Schaible will be participating at the American Bankruptcy Institute’s Annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference. Graulich, who co-chairs the New York City conference, will moderate the “Venezuela: Obstacles and Opportunities” panel, which will discuss significant insolvency-related developments in Venezuela. Schaible will moderate “The Distressed Investment Pipeline: Finding Opportunities in a Mature Credit Cycle” panel, which will discuss the factors that will drive distressed investment opportunities in the months ahead, including economic trends, industry headwinds, political uncertainty and tax and regulatory changes.
