Davis Polk Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Group co-head Betty Moy Huber will speak at NYU School of Law’s Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance Roundtable, a virtual event focused on the implications for investors and firms of BlackRock’s 2020 letter on sustainability-related disclosure and practices. Huber will be speaking on the panel, “ESG in the boardroom: what does it mean? What do investors care about? How do you implement?” Led by former SEC Commissioner Robert Jackson, Huber will be joined by panelists from Blackstone, ENI, Neuberger Berman, Skadden and State Street.
The event will be held on October 9, 2020. Huber’s panel will occur from 1:45 pm – 3:00 pm EST.
