Lindsay H. Tomenson
As Chief Professional Development Officer, Lindsay oversees all Davis Polk programs related to the onboarding, training and professional development of our lawyers, including work allocation, practice group assignment, performance management and CLE compliance. She also oversees the firm’s coaching resources and works closely with the firm’s partners on mentoring and other programs to give Davis Polk lawyers the guidance and resources they need to have a rewarding legal career. She previously served as the Director of Alumni & Career Services.
Lindsay began her career as a litigation lawyer at Davis Polk after clerking for the Honorable Peter K. Leisure on the Southern District of New York. She then served as Counsel and Director of Constituent Affairs for Senator Kirsten E. Gillibrand, and subsequently as Associate General Counsel for Regulatory Enforcement at Citi, before returning to Davis Polk in 2017.
Lindsay received a B.A. from Harvard University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.
