As Chief Human Resources Officer, Deryn leads the human resources function at Davis Polk. She oversees all recruiting and talent initiatives for the firm’s business professionals, as well as firmwide employee relations, HR policy development, and benefits and wellness. Previously, she served as the firm’s Chief Legal Support Services Officer. Deryn began her legal career as a litigation lawyer at Davis Polk.

Deryn received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
