As Chief Legal Support Services Officer, David oversees the Davis Polk business professionals who directly support the firm’s practice groups in their delivery of legal services. These include eDiscovery management, discovery attorneys, paralegals and the firm’s EDGAR department. David plays a key role in firm risk management and advising clients on eDiscovery vendor engagement. He was previously a Vice President in Morgan Stanley’s Regulatory Relations group and started his legal career as a litigation lawyer at Davis Polk.

David received a B.A. in Economics from Tufts University and a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law.
