Mr. Johansen is an associate in Davis Polk's Financial Institutions Group. He advises U.S. and non-U.S. financial institutions on a variety of financial regulatory matters, including advice related to the Bank Holding Company Act, the Volcker Rule, the U.S. Basel III capital, liquidity and capital planning rules, anti-money laundering laws, and corporate governance. His practice also includes advice to financial institutions on a variety of transactional matters, including those related to fintech investments.
