Ron M. Aizen

Mr. Aizen is counsel in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the Executive Compensation Group. He advises clients on compensatory and benefit arrangements, such as equity-based incentives, deferred compensation and retirement plans and retention and severance agreements, with particular emphasis on issues arising in mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings. 

In his pro bono practice, Mr. Aizen has advised non-profits, including Groundswell, a Brooklyn-based organization that brings together artists, youth and community organizations to use art as a tool for social change.
