Ms. Ng is counsel in Davis Polk’s Tax Department. She represents publicly traded and privately held companies and private funds with respect to U.S. federal income taxation in domestic and international contexts, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings and reorganizations, inversions, spinoffs and splitoffs, formations and operations of joint ventures, private equity funds, hedge funds and mutual funds. Ms. Ng also works in the areas of bankruptcy, corporate finance and security offerings.
