Jeremy M. Sklaroff

Mr. Sklaroff is an associate in Davis Polk’s Financial Institutions Group. He advises U.S. and non-U.S. institutions on a variety of financial regulatory and transactional matters. Mr. Sklaroff has been active in providing regulatory and transactional advice to financial institutions and technology companies on the regulation of digital currency and blockchain activities under securities, banking and other U.S. regulatory requirements. In addition, he has written and published extensively on law, economics and technology topics related to digital assets and blockchains, including the legal literature’s first analysis of initial coin offerings.
