Ms. Faulkner is an associate in Davis Polk’s Financial Institutions & Regulation Group, practicing in the Washington, DC office. She advises foreign and domestic G-SIBs, U.S. regional banks, other financial institutions and industry organizations on a wide range of financial regulatory matters, including regulatory investigations and enforcement actions, mergers and acquisitions, regulatory reporting and applications, U.S. anti-money laundering (AML) and export control laws and regulations, and corporate governance. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she has advised clients on the CARES Act and government support programs such as the Main Street Lending Program and the Paycheck Protection Program.
Before joining Davis Polk, she worked in government relations for a full-service Federal Government affairs firm in Washington, DC.
