Dr. Harmer is an associate in Davis Polk's Corporate Department, practicing in the London office. His practice is principally focused on advising clients on corporate finance transactions. He has extensive experience advising corporate and investment banking clients on debt securities offerings including for companies based in the United Kingdom, Europe, Africa, Russia and North America

  • Saga’s £250 million guaranteed bonds offering

Additionally, prior to practicing law, Dr. Harmer completed his Ph.D. in English literature at the University of Cambridge where he was a research fellow and lecturer.
