Jack Kelly

Mr. Kelly is an associate in Davis Polk's Corporate Department, practicing in the London office. He advises corporate, investment banking and private equity clients on securities offerings and public listings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions generally.

Since joining the firm in 2015, he has completed a rotation in the Capital Markets Group in New York and a secondment to the ECM execution group of a major investment bank in London.

    • PDC Energy, Inc.'s SEC-registered offering of approximately $558.7 million worth of common stock
  • Charles Taylor on its £17.6 million placing in connection with the acquisition of Inworx
  • Millicom on the IPO and London premium listing of Helios Towers

  • TeliaSonera on the $1.03 billion sale of its holding in Nepalese telecom operator Ncell to Axiata
  • Charles Taylor on its £261 million takeover by Lovell Minnick
  • Private equity firms including Lightyear Capital, Corsair Capital and Metalmark Capital on various investments, acquisitions and disposals
  • A lead investor on the Series A investment round by a leading cryptocurrency market maker
