Greg Swanson
Mr. Swanson is an associate in Davis Polk’s Financial Institutions & Regulation Group. He advises U.S. and non-U.S. GSIBs, regional banks, fintechs and other financial services companies on a variety of financial regulatory matters, including core bank regulation, such as permissibility analysis and the U.S. Basel III capital, liquidity and capital planning rules, digital banking activities and the regulation of fintechs, the Economic Growth, Regulatory Reform and Consumer Protection Act (S.2155) and regulatory enforcement actions. Mr. Swanson’s practice also includes providing regulatory advice to bank holding companies in the context of M&A transactions. |
