As Davis Polk’s Deputy General Counsel, Gina plays a key role in professional responsibility oversight, risk management and compliance. She is also active in New York City’s Ethics Roundtable. She previously litigated on behalf of corporations and accounting firms in complex civil litigation.

  • Major accounting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte and KPMG, in securities and professional liability actions, as well as regulatory investigations
  • PricewaterhouseCoopers in connection with litigation related to Dell and Krispy Kreme and various other civil and regulatory matters

  • KPMG in connection with a regulatory matter
