Mr. Terrier is corporate and litigation counsel in Davis Polk’s Paris office. A partner at Jeantet Associés since 1982, he was managing partner of the firm from 2000 to 2007. His clients include some of the largest French companies in the fields of luxury goods, industry, transport, banking and insurance.

  • LVMH in all the proceedings (including the sanction proceedings before the French Markets Authority) and its settlement agreement in connection with the acquisition of its stake in Hermès
