Elizabeth S. Weinstein
Ms. Weinstein is an associate in Davis Polk’s Capital Markets Group, with a focus on corporate governance matters. She advises clients on a full range of corporate governance issues, including independence, board and committee responsibilities and governance best practices. She regularly writes on a number of corporate governance topics, including board matters, auditing standards, shareholder proposals, proxy statements and SEC rulemaking. She has represented both issuers and underwriters on a number of securities transactions, including IPOs, secondary offerings and debt offerings. |
