  • Advising companies and shareholders (both individuals and corporates) in shareholder and joint venture disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals in Hong Kong and elsewhere, which involved unfair prejudice petitions, Mareva injunctions, summary judgment applications and so on and issues in the employment, mental health, probate, regulatory and other areas
  • Advising financial institutions and multinational corporates in responding to investigations by regulators and authorities in Hong Kong, the PRC, the U.S. and Europe
