Carol Rodrigues

Ms. Rodrigues is an associate in Davis Polk's Financial Institutions Group. She advises foreign and domestic G-SIBs, U.S. regional banks and other financial institutions on a wide range of financial regulatory matters, including resolution planning, financial reform, strategic bank regulatory advice, the U.S. Basel III capital, liquidity and capital planning rules, regulatory reporting and applications, and corporate governance. She has experience in advising on regulatory investigations, enforcement actions, and remediation matters. During the Covid-19 pandemic, she has been deeply involved in advising clients on government support programs such as the Main Street Lending Program and the Paycheck Protection Program. Her practice also includes regulatory advice to U.S. and non-U.S. banks on a variety of transactional matters, including capital markets offerings and other disclosure obligations.

Before joining Davis Polk, she worked in operations and risk management at a major Canadian bank.
