Mr. Simmonds is an associate in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, practicing in the London office. He advises corporate, investment banking and private equity clients on a variety of M&A and corporate finance transactions, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures and other strategic corporate transactions, as well as equity and debt capital markets transactions.

He also regularly advises clients on corporate governance and U.S. securities law matters.
