Mr. Simmonds is an associate in Davis Polk's Corporate Department, practicing in the London office. He advises corporate, private equity and investment banking clients on M&A and corporate finance transactions generally, including public and private mergers, acquisitions, minority investments, joint ventures and restructurings, as well as equity and debt capital markets transactions.

He also advises clients on corporate governance and U.S. securities law matters.
