Adam Mehes

Mr. Mehes is counsel in Davis Polk’s Litigation Department in New York. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation and international arbitration, including antitrust and securities class action lawsuits, bankruptcy litigation, commercial disputes, and Anti-Terrorism Act and other mass tort actions. Mr. Mehes has represented financial institutions, global corporations, and corporate directors in a variety of class actions and individual actions involving antitrust, securities, Commodity Exchange Act, RICO, and various state law claims, many of which have involved complex financial transactions.
