Davis Polk partner Louis Goldberg was quoted in a Thomson Reuters article discussing how financial services companies are taking precautionary steps to mitigate the risks associated with coronavirus (COVID-19). Goldberg explained that since these companies are properly regulated, they will take the appropriate risk management and governance steps to limit the risks. Goldberg also discussed a recent client alert, “How should Boards be thinking about the novel coronavirus?,” which highlighted risks and responsibilities for company boards and management.
