Jon Leibowitz Profiled in CPI’s Antitrust Chronicle

Davis Polk counsel Jon Leibowitz was profiled in a recent Q&A by Competition Policy International’s Antitrust Chronicle discussing federal privacy legislation. Leibowitz noted that privacy legislation should preempt state law and that the U.S. “needs a powerful federal privacy law to avoid a patchwork of conflicting state requirements.”
