Davis Polk advised the representatives of the several underwriters in connection with the debut SEC-registered debt issuance by H.B. Fuller Company of $300 million of its 4.000% notes due 2027.

H.B. Fuller is a leading worldwide formulator, manufacturer and marketer of adhesives, sealants and other specialty chemical products. Sales operations span 38 countries in North America, Europe, Latin America, the Asia Pacific region, India, the Middle East and Africa.
