Davis Polk today announced that Mary K. Marks has joined the firm as counsel in its Antitrust and Competition Group in New York.
Ms. Marks focuses on Hart-Scott-Rodino (HSR) Act and merger control issues, including analyzing U.S. and multinational transactions and obtaining clearance under the HSR Act and global merger control and foreign investment laws for U.S. and multinational acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
