Davis Polk advised Equinix, Inc. on its SEC-registered offering of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 5.375% senior notes due 2027. Equinix, Inc. intends to use the net proceeds, together with the net proceeds of other previously announced financings, to fund the purchase price for the previously announced proposed acquisition of the colocation services business of Verizon Communications Inc. at 24 data center sites in the United States, Brazil and Colombia and related transaction fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes.
