Davis Polk advised eDreams ODIGEO in connection with the issuance of €425 million aggregate principal amount of 5.50% senior secured notes by eDreams ODIGEO and the entry into a €175 million super senior revolving credit facility and super senior bank guarantee facility by eDreams ODIGEO and certain of its subsidiaries. The proceeds from the financing will be used to refinance the existing 8.50% notes due 2021 of eDreams ODIGEO, as well as for general corporate purposes.
