Davis Polk Advises Banco Santander Chile on Its $500 Million Notes Offering

Davis Polk advised Banco Santander Chile in connection with its Rule 144A and Regulation S offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.500% senior fixed-rate notes due 2020. 

Banco Santander Chile is the largest bank in Chile in terms of total assets and equity, with operations in commercial banking, retail banking, asset management and insurance. Banco Santander Chile is a member of the Santander Group, the principal financial group in Spain and one of the largest financial groups in the world in terms of market capitalization.
