Betty Moy Huber Quoted in Agenda on Glass Lewis Feedback Tool

Davis Polk Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance Group co-head Betty Moy Huber recently discussed with Agenda the new Glass Lewis feedback tool. The tool will allow companies to provide unedited feedback on research reports and recommendations for annual and contested meetings, as well as other special meeting items. Huber noted that there are several advantages for companies to participate in this program, particularly when it comes to say-on-pay votes.
