Davis Polk advised the joint book-running managers in connection with a $750 million SEC-registered offering by Autodesk, Inc., consisting of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 3.125% notes due 2020 and $300 million aggregate principal amount of 4.375% notes due 2025.
