Steve advises clients across technology, life sciences and many other industries on public and private merger and acquisition transactions and investments, cross-border M&A deals, de-SPAC transactions, private equity transactions and restructurings, as well as on a variety of debt and equity capital markets offerings, including initial public offerings. He also provides advice to clients on public reporting, securities compliance and corporate governance matters.
