• A biotechnology company in the spin-off listing of its subsidiary on the STAR Market of the Shanghai Stock Exchange
• Issuers on follow-on equity offerings, including private placements, top-up placings, rights issues and block trades of publicly listed equity
• A state-owned enterprise in successfully securing a non-standard waiver on the obligation to make a mandatory general offer under Rule 26.1 of the Hong Kong Takeovers Code
• A listed issuer in successfully securing a confirmation from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) that a series of acquisitions, despite constituting a fundamental change to principal businesses of an issuer, did not constitute a “reverse takeover”
• A listed issuer in a successful resumption of trading of its shares, in which the HKEX Listing Review Committee overturned the Listing Committee’s decision to cancel the issuer’s listing status
• In respect of investigations by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission, including of a listed issuer’s alleged breaches of disclosure obligations and of alleged market misconduct involving short-selling reports
• Independent non-executive directors of a listed company who were subject to HKEX disciplinary procedures
