Joseph advises clients on regulatory matters related to national security, particularly with respect to national security reviews by the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). He also represents companies and individuals in a wide range of criminal and civil enforcement matters, congressional inquiries and internal investigations involving allegations of fraud, violations of anti-bribery laws, money laundering, economic sanctions and export controls.
