  • Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank in connection with its establishment of $1 billion euro Medium Term Note Programme and its subsequent drawdown of $300 million
  • The joint lead managers in connection with the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka’s dual-tranche offering totaling $2.4 billion
  • Mongolian Mortgage Corporation HFC LLC and MIK Holding JSC as the issuer and the guarantor, respectively, in connection with the issuer’s offering of $250 million and its subsequent $50 million tap issuance
  • American Industrial Partners in connection with $350 million ABL revolving/$75 million term loan credit facilities relating to the acquisition of an emergency service equipment manufacturing company
