Jake advises clients on a variety of U.S. and cross-border capital markets transactions. After starting his career as a capital markets lawyer at Davis Polk, Jake worked as an in-house lawyer (securities and M&A) at UnitedHealth Group and as an executive in Ernst & Young’s SEC reporting and capital markets practices. Throughout his career, Jake has advised on numerous equity and debt capital markets transactions, including many IPOs and de-SPAC transactions
