Davis Polk partners Randall Guynn and Margaret Tahyar will be among the speakers at the 2014 SIFMA-TCH Prudential Bank Regulation Conference.
Guynn’s panel, “Recovery & Resolution Planning,” will discuss recent developments relating to recovery and resolution planning under Dodd-Frank’s living wills requirement, as well as developments relating to Orderly Liquidation Authority under Title II of Dodd-Frank. Tahyar will speak on the “Regulating Activities and Imposing Organizational Structure Requirements” panel, which will explore recent developments relating to the scope of activities authorized for banking organizations, as well as requirements relating to the corporate structure of such organizations.
