Davis Polk Lawyers to Speak at 12th Annual Environmental Transactional Roundtable

Davis Polk counsel Loyti Cheng and Betty Moy Huber, co-heads of Davis Polk’s Environmental Group, and associate Michael Comstock will be among the speakers at the 12th Annual Environmental Transactional Roundtable. Cheng and Comstock will speak on the “Climate Change Law, Disclosure and Diligence” panel, which will discuss climate change issues relating to disclosure and in due diligence, such as identifying regulatory and physical risks and assessing potential costs and other business impacts, including those relating to both mitigation and adaptation. Huber will speak on the "Environmental Transactions Issues" panel, regarding best practices for due diligence when representing sellers.

The program will be held May 20, 2016, in New York.
