Davis Polk partners Donald Bernstein and Randall Guynn were among the participants at “Resolution of Global Systemically Important Financial Institutions Under the Bankruptcy Code,” a program hosted by The Wharton School.
Bernstein, co-head of Davis Polk’s Insolvency and Restructuring practice, served as Co-Chair of the event and spoke on the “Potential Hurdles to SPOE Resolution and How U.S. GSIB Resolution Plans Address Them” panel. He also participated in a “Recap and Next Steps” roundtable.
Guynn, head of Davis Polk’s Financial Institutions Group, presented “Overview: Single Point of Entry (“SPOE”) Resolution of Distressed U.S. G-SIBs Under the Bankruptcy Code.”
The program was held on December 7, 2016, in Philadelphia.
