Christopher Hockett to Speak at ABA “Antitrust in Asia” Conference

Davis Polk partner Christopher Hockett will be among the speakers at the ABA’s “Antitrust in Asia: China” conference. Hockett, Chair of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, will moderate the program’s “Private Actions Roundtable,” which will address the role of the courts in China’s AML enforcement landscape; provide practical insights into the nature and potential pitfalls of private litigation under the AML; and explain the risks to Chinese and other Asian entities from private litigation in the United States and elsewhere, including practical tips and insights from counsel in the Vitamin C litigation.  The program will be held May 21-23, 2014, in Beijing.
