Davis Polk partner Christopher Hockett will serve as Co-Chair of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s “Antitrust in Asia: Hong Kong” conference. The program will feature leading enforcers, judges, academics and practitioners addressing key developments across the Asia-Pacific region.
In addition, Hockett will moderate “Price-Related and Abuse of Dominance Enforcement,” which will feature a keynote interview of The Honorable Edith Ramirez, Chairwoman of the FTC, followed by a panel discussion on enforcement efforts by Asian competition regimes against conduct by so-called dominant firms, including abusive or excessive pricing, imposition of vertical price restraints, and abuse of superior bargaining position.
The program will take place June 2-3, 2016, in Hong Kong.
