On September 6, 2023, Davis Polk Finance practice co-heads Jim Florack and Jason Kyrwood will join the Loan Syndications and Trading Association for “The Kirschner Case: What just happened and what are the takeaways.” The program will discuss the Second Circuit’s recent decision in Kirschner v. JPM, affirming the district court’s ruling that syndicate term loans are not securities and the takeaways for the loan market moving forward.
