On March 26, 2024, Davis Polk special counsel Don Bernstein will be among the speakers at the Insolvency Lawyers Association’s 2024 Spring Series. Don will speak on “Session 1: Introduction to the rule in Gibbs.” Topics discussed will include the so-called “rule in Gibbs,” how chapter 15 deals with some of the issues addressed by the rule and the Insolvency Service’s recent consultation on whether the UK should adopt Article X of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Cross-Border Insolvency.
