Darren is a member of our Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity practices. He advises clients on public and private mergers and acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and other corporate partnering arrangements, spinoffs, corporate governance matters, shareholder activism and other general corporate matters.

Private equity firms and their portfolio companies regularly engage Darren on a full range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of investments, leveraged buyouts, minority investments and co-investment arrangements.
