Through Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, we provide advice to individual artists and arts organizations on contracts, intellectual property, litigation, real estate, tax and general corporate matters.

Recently, we drafted a production contract for a musician, advised an author on publication rights, and offered intellectual property advice to a number of artists.

In conjunction with Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, twice a year, we host a drop-in clinic for artists. Most of the artists come with corporate, contract or intellectual property-related questions. We have also had a few clients with other issues, including litigation-related matters.
