Our lawyers have submitted numerous amicus briefs to the U.S. Supreme Court and other federal and state courts on a variety of issues, including voting rights, the Supremacy Clause, wrongful convictions, ineffective assistance of counsel and judicial recusal.

Recently, in conjunction with The Innocence Project, we submitted an amicus brief in support of a motion to vacate a murder conviction of an innocent man. The man was released after serving 18 years in prison.
