Davis Polk credit partner Jason Kyrwood and insolvency and restructuring partner Damian Schaible have been named among The M&A Advisor’s “40 Under 40.” Mergers and acquisitions partner Marc Williams was named a finalist. The 40 Under 40 awards recognize emerging leaders in the areas of M&A, financing and turnarounds, based on accomplishments thus far in their careers.

An awards ceremony will be held in honor of the winners and finalists on May 3, 2012, in New York.
