Davis Polk has been shortlisted for the “Most Important Court Case of the Year” by the Global Investigations Review Awards. The recognition highlights Davis Polk’s representation of ExxonMobil in the overturning of a fine by the US Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

The winners will be announced virtually on October 22, 2020.
