Ms. Hutner is an associate in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department and works in the Washington DC office. She advises in the field of economic sanctions.

Before joining the firm in 2008, Ms. Hutner served in the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) from 2001 to 2008, where she held several positions, including Senior Sanctions Advisor and Deputy Chief of Licensing. From 1989 to 2001, she worked in the Office of the Chief Counsel to OFAC. Ms. Hutner was an attorney with the U.S. Postal Service from 1980 to 1986.
