Ms. Hudson is an associate in Davis Polk’s Corporate Department and is assigned to the Capital Markets Group. Since joining the firm in 2006, she has completed a rotation in the Investment Management Group, the Mergers and Acquisitions Group and the Credit Group. Ms. Hudson regularly works for issuers and underwriters in connection with capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings. She also advises corporate clients on general corporate matters, including corporate governance and securities law compliance.
