Mr. Luftglass is an associate in Davis Polk’s Litigation Department. His practice focuses on litigation and regulatory inquiries relating to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. He regularly represents corporations, boards of directors, and financial advisers in hostile and friendly takeovers, governance disputes, and in defense of shareholder class action and derivative actions both in state and federal courts. Mr. Luftglass also represents clients in complex civil litigation and regulatory matters.
