Ms. Agrawal Sahni is counsel in Davis Polk’s Financial Institutions Group. Her practice focuses on bank regulatory advice, including Dodd-Frank Act regulatory implementation and mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions for U.S. and non-U.S. banks, private equity firms and other financial institutions. She is also experienced in advising banks and other financial institutions on corporate governance, OFAC and anti-money laundering compliance matters, internal investigations and enforcement actions.

Ms. Agrawal Sahni has been actively involved in Davis Polk’s regulatory reform memos, and advises SIFMA and other organizations on regulatory reform issues.
